Frequently asked questions

  • What payment options are you offering?
    You can pay with a credit card or by wire transfer (available for customers from the EU)
  • What is the payment process for wire transfers?
    The minimal sum for a wire transfer is €500. The client pays the cost of the wire transfer
    Send us an email to hello@3bookers.com, and we will prepare an invoice with our bank information.
  • How do your plans work?
    You pay a monthly fee, deducted once a month/year from your payment method. We have a separate balance for SMS messaging, which you can replenish manually. SMS messages are sent as long as there is money in the account.
  • Is the cost of SMS notifications included in the monthly fee?
    No. SMS notifications are paid for separately.
  • How do I switch between plans?
    You can pick the suitable plan in the personal area of your account
  • Will you block access to my Personal Area if payment doesn't succeed?
    We will remind you that the payment is due 7, 2,  and 1 day in advance. If, for some reason, the payment didn't succeed, then the booking modules will not be shown on your websites, but you will still have access to your personal area.
